We ship with both the US Postal Service and FedEx giving you a few different choices depending on your budget and delivery timeline. Â
For shipments within the United States, we offer US Postal Service; Priority Express Mail (1 Business Day) and Priority Mail (2 business days).
Quoted shipping times are estimates. Actual delivery times might differ based on package volume and time of year.
For International Shipments we offer FedEx International Economy (5 business days) and FedEx International Priority (3 business days). Â
All of our shipments are trackable. Â Your country may or may not charge additional duties and taxes on your order. These taxes are not covered by your shipping fees and are yours to pay. We recommend contacting your local customs office to determine which items, if any, will be subject to import taxes.
We are required by law to declare the full commercial value of the all the goods in the shipment. If you refuse your order because of the duties and taxes your government may still require us to pay the taxes in order for them to release the items back to us. If this is the case Torched Products reserves the right to charge your payment method for the cost of the duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
We're happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify the product must be in its original condition, including all of its original packaging. We are unable to issue refunds for customized items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’re sending something back, you’ll have to bear the cost of shipping. If it’s something worth $75 or more, we recommend getting tracking or even insurance. If an item was sold with FREE shipping, we refund the purchase price, less the cost of shipping the original order to you from your refund.
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an email letting you know what the next step is.
If you’ve requested a refund, the method of payment you used will be credited automatically. This should only take a few days, but if it drags on, please get in touch with your credit card company, and then your bank. If there’s still something funny, contact us.
Irrespective of whether the item was marked as a gift originally, the method of payment used to purchase it will be credited.
If you’re interested in a replacement, please send us an email to sales@torcheddisplays.com with a photo showing the defect/damage first.
Once they’re bought, we can’t accept gift cards back. The same applies to marked-down sale items.
